Dalena was graduated with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence
degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1982. She served
as law clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Shelton, Jr.,
in Sussex County, New Jersey, immediately following
law school. She had been awarded a Bachelor of Arts
degree in 1979 from Villanova University, which admitted
her into its Honors Program. In 1983 she joined the
Madison, New Jersey, law firm of Dalena, Dalena &
DeStefano and became a partner in 1985.
Ms. Dalena received Divorce Mediation
Training in 2000 from the Institute for Dispute Resolution.
She is secretary and director of the
New Jersey Collaborative Law Group and a member of
the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals,
the Morris County (New Jersey) Bar Association, and
the New Jersey Bar Association – Family Law
Section.

A
partner in the Madison, New Jersey, law firm since 1990,
Attorney DeStefano joined Dalena, Dalena & DeStefano
in 1988. She holds a Doctoral degree in Jurisprudence
awarded by Seton Hall Law School in 1982 and earned
a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University
in 1979.
She received Divorce Mediation Training in 2000 from
the Institute for Dispute Resolution.
Ms.
DeStefano is a director, president, and past secretary
of New Jersey Collaborative Law Group. Her professional
memberships include the International Academy of Collaborative
Professionals; the New Jersey Council of Collaborative
Practice Group (on whose board of directors she serves);
the Morris County (New Jersey) Bar Association; and
the New Jersey State Bar Association – Family
Law Section. |
